FIIs stood as net buyer in equities as per March 2 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Tuesday’s data were net buyer in equity segment, while net seller in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 7929.62 crore against gross selling of Rs 7080.21 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 849.41 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 388.83 crore against gross selling of Rs 1160.24 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 771.41 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5.50 crore against gross selling of Rs 32.76 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 27.26 crore in hybrid segment.
