FIIs stood as net buyer in equities as per March 17 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net buyer in both equity and debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 13501.58 crore against gross selling of Rs 6244.21 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 7257.37 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 1525.30 crore with gross sales of Rs 911.48 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 613.82 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 38.32 crore against gross selling of Rs 37.48 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 0.84 crore in hybrid segment.
