FIIs stood as net buyer in equities as per March 12 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Friday’s data were net buyer in equity segment, while net seller in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 7169.19 crore against gross selling of Rs 6491.31 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 677.88 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 549.45 crore with gross sales of Rs 1025.52 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 476.07 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 11.52 crore against gross selling of Rs 28.72 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 17.20 crore in hybrid segment.
