FIIs stood as net buyer in equities as per June 16 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Wednesday’s data were net buyer in both equity and debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 7583.62 crore against gross selling of Rs 6903.85 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 679.77 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 730.11 crore with gross sales of Rs 559.06 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 171.05 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 5.59 crore against gross selling of Rs 13.55 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 7.96 crore in hybrid segment.
