FIIs stood as net buyer in equities as per June 08 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Tuesday’s data were net buyer in equity segment, while net seller in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 7066.79 crore against gross selling of Rs 6906.29 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 160.50 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 78.75 crore against gross selling of Rs 525.05 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 446.30 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 7.45 crore against gross selling of Rs 50.48 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 43.03 crore in hybrid segment.
