FIIs stood as net buyer in equities as per July 08 data: NSDL

The FIIs as per Thursday’s data were net buyer in both equity and debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 6063.53 crore against gross selling of Rs 5402.43 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 661.10 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 540.74 crore with gross sales of Rs 323.25 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 217.49 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 7.78 crore against gross selling of Rs 8.62 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 0.84 crore in hybrid segment
