FIIs stood as net buyer in equities as per February 18 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Thursday’s data were net buyer in equity segment, while net seller in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 8586.86 crore against gross selling of Rs 7396.35 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 1190.51 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 450.81 crore with gross sales of Rs 1411.12 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 960.31 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 2.38 crore against gross selling of Rs 42.13 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 39.75 crore in hybrid segment.
