FIIs stood as net buyer in equities as per April 8 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Thursday’s data were net buyer equity segment, while net seller in debt segment, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 7555.76 crore against gross selling of Rs 7153.07 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyer of Rs 402.69 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 299.77 crore with gross sales of Rs 369.84 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 70.07 crore in debt.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 8.81 crore against gross selling of Rs 10.92 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net seller of Rs 2.11 crore in hybrid segment.
