The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.77 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 5.52 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 95.11 per cent. Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 6.06 per cent at Rs 140.45 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 149.51 crore in the corresponding period last year. During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 9.54 per cent to Rs 107.38 crore from Rs 118.71 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 157.72 per cent at Rs 3.84 crore versus (Mar'21 Rs 1.49 crore). Operating Profit surged by 7.37 per cent to Rs 33.07 crore as against Rs 30.80 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 14.32 per cent in March quarter. Interest grew by 20.08 per cent y-o-y to Rs 14.53 crore, while Taxation decreased by 29.09 per cent at Rs 4.12 crore (Mar'21 Rs 5.81 crore).
