Dhaniya prices dropped amid decrease in export and domestic demand due to poor quality of coriander in the current year.
The crop of Russia-Ukraine is normal, whereas in Bulgaria, the crop of coriander has increased from last year and in Syria only 30% of the crop is there.
Due to increase in freight due to shortage of container-vessels, there is a perception that the price of coriander will increase.
In Kota spot market in Rajasthan the prices gained 10.7 Rupees to end at 8125 Rupees per 100 kg.
