Dalmia Bharat is currently trading at Rs. 1862.00, up by 46.35 points or 2.55% from its previous closing of Rs. 1815.65 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1826.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1879.00 and Rs. 1809.40 respectively. So far 5567 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1,879.00 on 21-May-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 479.00 on 21-May-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1,879.00 and Rs. 1708.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 34507.28 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 55.97%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 18.49% and 25.53% respectively.

Dalmia Bharat’s wholly owned subsidiary -- Dalmia Power has sold 1,34,00,000 equity shares (4.473% shareholding) of Indian Energy Exchange (IEX) in the open market on May 20, 2021, at a consideration of Rs 487.55 crore. Post this disposal balance shareholding of the Company (directly or indirectly) in IEX is 4,65,06,556 equity shares (15.525% shareholding).
