Domestic Equities resumed downward journey after a day’s relief on back of cautiousness globally and rise in dollar index. Nifty opened negative and came under selling pressure to close with loss of 131 points (-0.8%) at 17320 levels. Except for Realty, all sectors ended in red. Realty sector was in lime light for 2nd consecutive day after reports of strong property registration in Mumbai. In the near term, lack of any positive trigger could keep the market directionless. Even FII selling has intensified in the last couple of days, adding to the overall negative sentiments.
