Crest Ventures is currently trading at Rs. 177.20, up by 1.30 points or 0.74% from its previous closing of Rs. 175.90 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 179.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 179.10 and Rs. 174.70 respectively. So far 16 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 219.40 on 08-Apr-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 118.30 on 22-Sep-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 184.95 and Rs. 172.10 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 504.13 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 67.36%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 6.48% and 26.15% respectively.

Crest Ventures has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary company namely ‘Crest Corner’ on August 29, 2022. The company has incorporated wholly owned subsidiary to carry on business of real estate development and construction. The business of the subsidiary company is in line with the main line of business of the company.

Crest Ventures has been involved in the development and management of real estate projects and is developing various premium residential and commercial properties in Mumbai, Kolkata, and Chennai, as well as a township in the heart of Raipur city.
