C.E. Info Systems rises on acquiring additional stake in Indrones Solutions

C.E. Info Systems is currently trading at Rs. 1063.60, up by 3.75 points or 0.35% from its previous closing of Rs. 1059.85 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1052.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1126.00 and Rs. 1052.10 respectively. So far 968 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1542.00 on 07-Jul-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 983.45 on 24-Apr-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1126.00 and Rs. 1018.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 5686.70 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 53.31%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 11.46% and 35.23% respectively.

C.E. Info Systems has completed the second tranche of acquisition by acquiring 1,478 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) for Rs 4 crore in Indrones Solutions. Earlier, the company had acquired 1477 CCPS in Indrones Solution. With the said acquisition, the Company has completed the acquisition of 20% stake in Indrones Solutions by acquiring 2,955 Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares.
