* AB Capital experienced a prolonged corrective phase after listing in 2017, which finally ended in February 2021. It retraced from a listing high of 255 to a new record low at 37.35 during that period.
* After the trend reversal, it moved higher however profit taking around 140 capped the upside in subsequent months. And, it started trading in a broadening formation thereafter and witnessed a breakout from the same in November 2022.
* It looks set for a new leg of an up move, after the marginal retracement towards the neckline (breakout) area of the pattern. We thus recommend creating fresh longs in the given range.
