Brigade Enterprises gains on planning to launch 10 housing projects this fiscal
Brigade Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 570.15, up by 3.15 points or 0.56% from its previous closing of Rs. 567.00 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 567.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 572.00 and Rs. 560.35 respectively. So far 5385 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 585.00 on 15-Sep-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 425.60 on 22-Jun-2022.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 572.00 and Rs. 535.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 13118.25 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 43.79%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 38.94% and 17.27% respectively.
Brigade Enterprises is planning to launch 10 housing projects this fiscal across Bengaluru and Chennai with an estimated construction cost of Rs 3,000 crore as it looks to encash rising demand for residential properties.
In the last financial year, Bengaluru-based Brigade Enterprises achieved a record sales bookings of Rs 4,109 crore, mostly housing with small portion of commercial properties, a 36 per cent growth from the 2021-22 financial year. In terms of area also, sales bookings grew by 34 per cent to a record 6.3 million square feet.
Brigade Enterprises is engaged in developing residential, commercial and retail properties primarily in Bangalore and Mysore, and has also developed and is managing a number of serviced apartments under the brand, Brigade Homestead.
