Best Agrolife has received approval from board of directors to grant loan or give guarantee or provide security to Seedlings India, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company for an amount not exceeding Rs 50 crore in one or more tranches, pursuant to Section 179 read with Section 186 of the Companies Act, 2013. The Board of Directors at its meeting held on March 15, 2021 has approved the same.
