Bandhan Bank dips on reporting net loss of Rs 3009 crore in Q2

Bandhan Bank is currently trading at Rs. 285.00, down by 6.50 points or 2.23% from its previous closing of Rs. 291.50 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 278.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 287.00 and Rs. 272.55 respectively. So far 1150073 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 430.25 on 11-Dec-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 259.40 on 25-Aug-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 328.00 and Rs. 272.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 45365.48 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 39.99%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 36.11% and 23.90% respectively.

Bandhan Bank has reported net loss of Rs 3008.60 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2021 as against net profit of Rs 920.01 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. However, total income of the bank increased by 3.03% at Rs 3672.51 crore for Q2FY21 as compared Rs 3564.46 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

The Bank’s gross NPA to gross for the July- September quarter of the current fiscal increased to 10.82%, as compared to 1.18% in the same quarter of the previous year. Besides, Bank’s Net NPA to net advances stood at 3.04% in Q2FY22.
