Aster DM Healthcare gains as its arm to acquire 100% stake in Adiran IB Healthcare

Aster DM Healthcare is currently trading at Rs. 232.00, up by 1.55 points or 0.67% from its previous closing of Rs. 230.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 228.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 234.75 and Rs. 228.30 respectively. So far 15578 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 275.45 on 04-Nov-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 158.00 on 07-Mar-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 242.85 and Rs. 221.15 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 11591.20 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 37.88%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 20.76% and 41.36% respectively.

Aster DM Healthcare’s subsidiary -- Dr. Ramesh Cardiac Multispeciality Hospital (DRCMHPL) has signed a share purchase agreement to acquire 100% stake in Adiran IB Healthcare on December 28, 2022. Adiran IB Healthcare is a 50 bedded hospital which is being added as part of expansion to provide healthcare services. Indicative time period for completion of the acquisition is till January 31, 2023 and the cost of acquisition is around Rs 1.60 crore.
