Ashima gains on raising Rs 40 crore through NCDs
Ashima is currently trading at Rs. 17.30, up by 0.15 points or 0.87% from its previous closing of Rs. 17.15 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 16.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 17.55 and Rs. 16.60 respectively. So far 46496 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 21.20 on 04-Feb-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 10.40 on 20-Jun-2022.

Ashima has raised Rs 40 crore through the allotment of 4,000 partly paid, Unlisted, Secured, Unrated, Redeemable, Rupee Denominated, s Non-Convertible Debenture (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, on Private Placement basis of which Rs 18,750 per debenture has been paid-up on application and the balance amount shall be payable in calls. The Sub-Committee of Directors of the Company has, at its meeting held on January 18, 2023, has approved the allotment of the same.
