Ashiana Housing zooms on getting booking for entire 200 units in Phase 2 of 'Ashiana Aditya'

Ashiana Housing is currently trading at Rs. 109.00, up by 4.00 points or 3.81% from its previous closing of Rs. 105.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 106.10 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 110.45 and Rs. 105.90 respectively. So far 14251 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 119.05 on 31-Dec-2020 and a 52 week low of Rs. 39.00 on 19-May-2020.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 110.45 and Rs. 98.55 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1116.66 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 61.22%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 9.93% and 28.85% respectively.

Ashiana Housing has declared that the entire 200 units in Phase 2 of 'Ashiana Aditya' (Jamshedpur) have been converted into booking by February 17, 2021. Phase 2 'Ashiana Aditya' project has a total saleable area of 2.74 lakh sq. ft. The project consists of 2 BHK and 3 BHK units and is located at Adityapur, Jamshedpur (Jharkhand).
