Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation soars on inking pact to sell lands in Tamil Nadu

Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation is currently trading at Rs. 1688.65, up by 49.70 points or 3.03% from its previous closing of Rs. 1638.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1621.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1688.65 and Rs. 1621.05 respectively. So far 1017 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2972.60 on 01-Oct-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1322.55 on 04-Jun-2024.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1738.95 and Rs. 1621.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 11708.42 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 74.05%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 11.12% and 14.83% respectively.

Bombay Burmah Trading Corporation has entered into sale deed for sale of remaining Phase 1 and Phase 2 of lands situated at Aralvaimozhi Village, Thovalai Taluk, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu, for a total consideration of Rs 36.47 crore. The sale deed is executed on March 17, 2025.
