Apollo Tyres gains on making additional investment in CSE Deccan Solar
Apollo Tyres is currently trading at Rs. 214.10, up by 0.45 points or 0.21% from its previous closing of Rs. 213.65 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 216.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 217.50 and Rs. 212.40 respectively. So far 89948 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 250.00 on 18-Oct-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 165.40 on 07-Mar-2022.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 224.35 and Rs. 207.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 13597.51 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 37.34%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 39.55% and 23.10% respectively.
Apollo Tyres has made an additional investment of Rs 27 lakh in the shares of CSE Deccan Solar. Cost of acquisition is 33,750 Equity Shares having face value of Rs 10 each, at the premium of Rs 70 each. CSE Deccan Solar not yet commenced business and it will be engaged in the business of generation and distribution of solar energy.
