Anupam Rasayan inches up on inking LOI with leading Japanese Chemical Company

Anupam Rasayan India is currently trading at Rs. 852.80, up by 0.40 points or 0.05% from its previous closing of Rs. 852.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 849.55 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 856.05 and Rs. 836.40 respectively. So far 18525 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 928.00 on 12-Sep-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 547.10 on 20-Jun-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 859.00 and Rs. 743.45 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 9086.67 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 60.96%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 14.37% and 24.67% respectively.

Anupam Rasayan has signed Letter of Intent (LOI) worth revenue of Rs 984 crore for next 6 years with one of the leading Japanese Chemical company to supply new age advance intermediate for life science active ingredient. This product will be manufactured in its existing as well as upcoming multipurpose manufacturing facilities.

This product is being manufactured for the first time in India and it is in line with the government’s make in India policy. This LOI demonstrates the company's technical capability to work on niche molecule along with Japanese customers and strengthens its revenue growth visibility in the coming years.
