Allied Digital Services rises on getting order of Rs 207.21 crore in consortium with KEC International

Allied Digital Services is currently trading at Rs. 107.05, up by 1.10 points or 1.04% from its previous closing of Rs. 105.95 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 107.45 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 107.50 and Rs. 106.85 respectively. So far 629 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 176.00 on 10-Jan-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 95.00 on 03-Nov-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 110.40 and Rs. 100.40 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 578.90 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 52.95%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.54% and 46.50% respectively.

Allied Digital Services has been awarded the Smart City contract for the Punjab Municipal Infrastructure Development Company (PMIDC) in consortium with KEC International covering 3 cities i.e., Amritsar, Jalandhar, and Sultanpur Lodhi. The total Contract Value awarded to the consortium is 207.21 crore. The project is expected to be executed in a period of 57 months i.e 9 months for implementation and Go-Live and then 48 months of project support for O&M.
