The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 81.88 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 as compared to Rs 78.54 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 4.25 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 20.84 per cent at Rs 473.48 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 391.81 crore in the corresponding period last year. During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 27.24 per cent to Rs 357.65 crore from Rs 281.09 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 88.34 per cent at Rs 4.20 crore versus (Jun'21 Rs 2.23 crore). Operating Profit surged by 4.62 per cent to Rs 115.83 crore as against Rs 110.71 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 13.45 per cent in June quarter. Interest declined by 25.69 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.81 crore, while Taxation decreased by 0.78 per cent at Rs 25.57 crore (Jun'21 Rs 25.77 crore).
