Ador Welding trades higher on receiving LoA worth Rs 145 crore

Ador Welding is currently trading at Rs. 788.90, up by 5.50 points or 0.70% from its previous closing of Rs. 783.40 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 802.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 802.00 and Rs. 786.00 respectively. So far 1033 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 852.10 on 11-Nov-2021 and a 52 week low of Rs. 588.35 on 25-Feb-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 809.65 and Rs. 753.95 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1083.46 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 56.90%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 6.90% and 36.19% respectively.

Ador Welding has received a Letter of Award (LoA) of Rs 145 crore inclusive of all taxes, duties & levies including GST at 18%, from Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), Uran for Design, Engineering, Supply, Erection & Commissioning of Demountable Flare Stack Project on LSTK basis at ONGCs Uran Plant.
