Aditya Birla Sun Life MF announces revision of time limit for NAV disclosure
Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of Aditya Birla Sun Life Financial Planning FOF.
Aditya Birla Sun Life Asset Management Company (AMC) informed that pursuant to Para 8.2 of the SEBI Master Circular on Mutual Funds dated May 19, 2023 with respect to ‘Review of time limit for disclosure of NAV of Mutual fund schemes investing overseas’, the timeline for declaration of NAV of Aditya Birla Sun Life Financial Planning FOF-Aggressive Plan, Conservative Plan and Moderate Plan is revised from existing ‘By 10.00 am of the next Business Day’ to By 12.00 noon of the immediately succeeding Business Day’, with effect from Thursday, July 6, 2023 (‘the Effective date’).
This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM issued for the Schemes read with the addenda issued thereunder. All other features and terms & conditions of SID/KIM of the Scheme will remain unchanged.
