Aditya Birla Sun Life Asset Management Company (AMC) has announced changes in Scheme Information Documents (SIDs)/ Key Information Memorandums (KIMs) of Schemes of Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund.
Investors/ Unit holders are advised to take note of the following changes made to the list of Official Point of Acceptance of Transactions (OPAT) in the Schemes of Aditya Birla Sun Life Mutual Fund: (1) Closure of existing OPAT of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC in Maharashtra with immediate effect - Address: Romell Tech Park (R-Tech Park), 13th Floor, Nirlon Compound, Off Western Express Highway, Goregaon (E), Mumbai - 400 063. (2) Change in the address of existing OPAT of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC in West Bengal with effective from Tuesday, May 10, 2022. Old Address: 1st Floor, Merchant Square, Sevoke Road, Siliguri - 734 001. New Address: 1st Floor, Saturn’s, Sevoke Road, P.O. & P.S. - Siliguri, District - Darjeeling - 734 001.
This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of the SID and KIM issued for the Schemes read with the addenda issued thereunder.
