Knowledge Marine zooms on bagging LoA worth Rs 7.49 crore from Dredging Corporation of India

Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works is currently trading at Rs. 1240.00, up by 45.00 points or 3.77% from its previous closing of Rs. 1195.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1200.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1270.00 and Rs. 1130.00 respectively. So far 27375 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'M' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1815.00 on 01-Sep-2023 and a 52 week low of Rs. 980.00 on 13-Jul-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1270.00 and Rs. 1005.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1339.32 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 60.61%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 3.38% and 36.01% respectively.

Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from the Dredging Corporation of India for the Capital Dredging work at the Paradip Port. The contract, valued at Rs 7.49 crore, will be executed within 4 months excluding the monsoon season.  

Earlier, the company had received a Letter of Award (LoA) from the Myanmar Port Authority for the work of maintenance dredging of the Yangon River for the fiscal 2024-2025.

Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works is engaged in the business of owning and operating of Marine Crafts for dredging along with repairs and maintenance/refits of Marine Crafts and Marine Infrastructure.
