Adani Transmission traders higher on incorporating Wholly Owned Subsidiary

Adani Transmission is currently trading at Rs. 2666.95, up by 17.55 points or 0.66% from its previous closing of Rs. 2649.40 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 2658.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 2676.05 and Rs. 2640.40 respectively. So far 4043 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 4238.55 on 16-Sep-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1652.00 on 31-Dec-2021.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 2768.75 and Rs. 2616.05 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 296888.38 crore.

Adani Transmission has incorporated its Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) in the name of Adani Cooling Solutions (ACSL) on December 12, 2022 with an initial authorised and paid up share capital of Rs 1,00,000 each, for the purpose of carrying on District Cooling System business. ACSL will commence its business operations in due course.
Adani Transmission is a holding company. The company operates as a power transmission company. It is engaged in transmission of electric energy and trading of castor oil.
