Adani Enterprises rises as its arm acquires 8.27% stake in NDTV through open offer

Adani Enterprises is currently trading at Rs. 4112.50, up by 31.20 points or 0.76% from its previous closing of Rs. 4081.30 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 4099.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 4137.95 and Rs. 4066.00 respectively. So far 69518 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 4,137.95 on 20-Dec-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1529.55 on 24-Feb-2022.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 4,137.95 and Rs. 3946.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 468546.16 crore.

Adani Enterprises’ subsidiary -Vishvapradhan Commercial (VCPL) has acquired 5,330,792 (8.27%) equity shares having face value of Rs 4 each at a price of Rs 294 per share in New Delhi Television (NDTV) pursuant to an open offer. Payment of consideration to the public shareholders whose shares were accepted in the open offer was completed by VCPL on December 15, 2022.
