``Should have been made aware about the taxes`` KPSVA`s advocate Shakuntala on GST on small vendors
Small vendors request government to revoke notices served through GST stating small vendors need to pay the tax if they cross Rs 40 lakh per trade annum through UPI payment.
Advocate for Karnataka Pradesh Street Vendors Association, Shakuntala said, "If taxes are being imposed, why were they not educated first?... When they took the registration, they should have been made aware about the taxes on selling of goods, revenue..."
