'All dept should come together' C-DOT CEO urges self-reliance in tech to build 'Viksit Bharat'
Centre for Development of Telematics CEO Rajkumar Upadhyay on Nov 05 highlighted the conference as a platform uniting innovators, policymakers, researchers, academicians, and industry leaders to assess India’s progress over the past decade. Noting that national production has grown from *2 lakh crore to over *11 lakh crore, he emphasized the need for a cohesive “whole-of-research” framework. Upadhyay called for key departments like DST, DOT, MIT, and CSIR to collaborate, ensuring that India’s research efforts are coordinated and aligned with the vision of Vikshit Bharat 2047.
