NEW DELHI : Here’s a list of stocks that maybe in news in today’s trade:

Vodafone Idea: The telecom company is likely to pay around ₹3,000 crore as spectrum dues this week for the airwaves it bought in the previous auctions, to avoid bank guarantees being invoked, The Economic Times reported.

Infosys: The IT major on Monday said that it has paid ₹6 lakh as compounding fees in the matter related to severance agreement with former chief financial officer Rajiv Bansal, which may finally settle the long-drawn severance pay row that had surfaced in 2016.

NTPC, Power Grid and Power Finance Corp: According to a CNBC-TV18 report, the Ministry of Power has rejected the proposed stake sale in Power Finance Corp, NTPC and Power Grid.

Piramal Enterprises: Piramal Enterprises on Monday said it has received $900 million (around ₹6,500 crore) on completion of divestment of stake in its healthcare insights and analytics business to US-headquartered Clarivate Analytics.

Sun Pharma: The Indian drugmaker has reported a shortage of its generic version of hypertension drug pindolol in the United States due to a lack of pharmaceutical ingredients, but said the shortfall did not stem from China, according to a Reuters report.

Hero MotoCorp, TVS Motors: February sales of TVS and Hero fell 15.4% and 19.3% respectively on account of BS-IV reduction and impact of parts supply disruption due to coronavirus outbreak.

Ramco Industries: Crisil has reaffirmed its rating on the commercial paper programme of Ramco Industries Limited at 'A1+'. The rating continues to reflect an established position in the domestic asbestos cement (AC) roofing market and improving presence in the Sri Lankan market, and healthy revenue diversity through a presence in textiles, calcium silicate boards, and wind power segments, Crisil said.

Parag Milk Foods: The promoters of Parag Milk Foods said that they will pay the entire outstanding amount of ₹33 crore within 90 days to release the pledged from Kotak Mahindra Investments. The promoters of the company have pledged nearly 1.87 crore equity shares with Kotak Mahindra Investments Limited as on date from which they have repaid ₹31 crore.

Tata Group: Vistara, a joint venture between Tata Sons and Singapore Airlines, is evaluating bidding for national carrier Air India Ltd, the chairman of the airline Bhaskar Bhat said on Monday. Tata Sons holds 51% stake in partnership and Singapore Airlines owns 49% stake.

Mahindra Lifespace: Mahindra World City Developers, subsidiary of Mahindra Lifespace Developers Ltd has received approval of partial de-notification of notified area under Special Economic Zone.
