PDS Ltd Q4 net profit jumps 41.92% at Rs 58.98 cr
The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 58.98 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 as compared to Rs 41.56 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 41.92 per cent. Net revenue of the company rose triple digit by 122.71 per cent at Rs 32.85 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 14.75 crore in the corresponding period last year. During January-March quarter, operating expenses increased by 161.26 per cent to Rs 32.03 crore from Rs 12.26 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 48.22 per cent at Rs 59.97 crore versus (Mar'21 Rs 40.46 crore). Operating Profit slipped by 67.47 per cent to Rs 0.81 crore as against Rs 2.49 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 85.30 per cent in March quarter. Interest declined by 11.76 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.30 crore, while Taxation increased by 65.85 per cent at Rs 0.68 crore (Mar'21 Rs 0.41 crore).
