The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 22.27 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021 as compared to Rs 3.44 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year growth of 547.38 per cent. Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 3.43 per cent at Rs 161.65 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 167.40 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 13.48 per cent to Rs 126.38 crore from Rs 146.07 crore in year ago period. Other Income grew by 120.59 per cent at Rs 4.50 crore versus (Mar'20 Rs 2.04 crore).
Operating Profit surged by 65.40 per cent to Rs 35.28 crore as against Rs 21.33 crore in the year ago period, while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 71.27 per cent in March quarter. Interest declined by 20.90 per cent y-o-y to Rs 11.24 crore
