Edelweiss Asset Management (AMC) has addendum to the Scheme Information Document (SID) and Key Information Memorandum (KIM) of schemes of Edelweiss Mutual Fund.
Edelweiss Mutual Fund (MF) informed that it decided to discontinue the payment of transaction charges to distributors effective February 6, 2023. Effective February 06, 2023, no transaction charges shall be deducted from the investment amount for transactions / applications received from the distributor (in Regular Plan) and full subscription amount will be invested in the Scheme.
This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SID/KIM and SAI. Further, all the other terms and conditions of the aforesaid documents read with the addenda issued from time to time will remain unchanged.
