* The top gaining sectoral indices on the BSE were, FMCG was up by 0.51%, Capital Goods was up by 2.01%, Oil & Gas was up by 2.13%, Utilities was up by 1.67%, Telecom was up by 2.31%, Realty was up by 2.70%, and Energy was up by 1.41%, top lossing indices were on BSE.

* There were Mahindra & Mahindra was up by 8.02%, Bajaj Finserv was up by 6.43%, Bajaj Finance was up by 4.75%, Maruti was up by 4.60%, and Indusind Bank was up by 4.29%, the top gainers were on the Sensex.

* There were TCS was down by 4.21%, Tech Mahindra was down by 3.54%, HCL Tech was down by 2.70%, Infosys was down by 1.91%, and Nestle India was down by 1.91%, the top losers were on the Sensex.

* The CNX Nifty ended at 14,504.80 up by 194.00 points or 1.36% after trading in a range of 14,528.90 and 14,274.90. There were 38 stocks advancing and 12 stocks declining.
