Jeera

Jeera trading range for the day is 13525-14435.

Jeera prices gained due to high export demand and sowing in Gujarat has gone down to 4.69 lakh hectares

Jeera production for 2021-22 is estimated at 391,291 MT compared to last year’s 451,451 MT

The Unjha market is receiving nearly 1,000 bags per day from north Gujarat, Saurashtra, and parts of Rajasthan.

In Unjha, a key spot market in Gujarat, jeera edged down by -40.6 Rupees to end at 13408.8 Rupees per 100 kg.

Dhaniya

Dhaniya trading range for the day is 7137-7513.

Dhaniya prices gained due to lower production and higher export demand with no much carry-over stock.

Due to low yield in Gujarat, production will not exceed 40 lakh bags.

From Rajasthan not more than 12 lakh bags of coriander is expected.

In Kota spot market in Rajasthan the prices gained 2.1 Rupees to end at 7085 Rupees per 100 kg.
