JM Financial AMC announces shifting of branch
JM Financial Asset Management (AMC) has announced addendum to the Scheme Information Document (‘SID) And Key Information Memorandum (‘KIM) of the Schemes and Statement of Additional Information (‘SAI’) of JM Financial Mutual Fund.
JM Financial Mutual Fund has informed that the branch of KFin Technologies, Registrar to the Schemes of the Mutual Fund, will be shifting to the new address from ‘KFIN Technologies, 1st Floor Hill View Complex, Circular Road, Near Tara Hall, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh – 171001. Tel: 0177-4019537’ to ‘KFIN Technologies, 2nd Floor Hill View Complex Circular Road, Near Tara Hall, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh – 171003. Tel: 0177-4068178’ with effect from October 19, 2026.
This Notice-cum-Addendum forms an integral part of SID & KIM of the Schemes and SAI of the Mutual Fund, as amended from time to time. All the other terms and conditions of the SID & KIM of the Schemes and SAI of the Mutual Fund will remain unchanged.
