Yes Bank gains on getting nod to raise Rs 16000 crore via mix of equity, debt

Yes Bank is currently trading at Rs. 21.01, up by 0.16 points or 0.77% from its previous closing of Rs. 20.85 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 21.18 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 21.24 and Rs. 20.74 respectively. So far 9900154 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 27.41 on 08-Jul-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 16.02 on 12-Mar-2025.

Yes Bank has approved approval for raising of funds by way of issuance of eligible equity securities through various permissible means, provided that aggregate amount to be raised by issuance of such securities shall not exceed Rs 7,500 crore and shall not result in an aggregate dilution of more than 10% (including dilution on account of issuance of equity securities in terms of this item and conversion of any convertible debt securities approved by the board).
The company has also received approval for raising of funds by way of issuance of eligible debt securities in Indian or foreign currency, provided that aggregate amount to be raised by issuance of such securities shall not exceed Rs 8,500 crore and shall not result in an aggregate dilution of more than 10% (including dilution on account of conversion of convertible debt securities in terms of this item and any other issuance of equity securities as approved by the Board), in one or more tranches and/or series, in domestic and /or overseas market.
The Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on June 03, 2025 has inter alia, considered and approved the same.
