Yatharth Hospital soars on getting nod to acquire 100% stake in Pristine Infracon

Yatharth Hospital & Trauma Care Services is currently trading at Rs. 453.45, up by 9.90 points or 2.23% from its previous closing of Rs. 443.55 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 459.85 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 459.85 and Rs. 437.70 respectively. So far 27232 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 459.85 on 12-Feb-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 304.00 on 07-Aug-2023.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 459.85 and Rs. 373.75 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 3807.89 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 66.44%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 11.40% and 22.15% respectively.

Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services has received approval for execution of share purchase agreement for acquisition of 100% equity stake in Pristine Infracon. The acquisition will further enhance the company presence in Delhi NCR region. The said hospital is ready to be operationalised immediately and hence will add revenue in company from day one. Cost of acquisition is Rs 116 crore. The board of directors of the company, at their meeting held on February 10, 2024, have approved the same. 

The company offers healthcare services across several specialties and super specialties.
