Yash Highvoltage jumps as its arm inks pact with Ensales Electrical Associates

Yash Highvoltage’s subsidiary -- Yash HV USA INC has entered into a representation agreement with Ensales Electrical Associates, INC., headquartered in North Carolina, USA, with sales offices in several US states. The agreement is effective from September 11, 2026 and will remain valid for 36 months from the date of execution. The partnership is aimed at strengthening Yash Highvoltage’s engagement with utilities and customers in the US by creating a stronger platform for the company’s global growth.
The agreement covers a portfolio of Yash Highvoltage’s transformer bushings, including Low Voltage (LV) High Current Bushings up to 25,000 Amps and Oil-Impregnated Paper (OIP) Condenser Bushings up to 245 kV, including Oil-Air, Oil-Oil and Air-Air configuration types. It also covers Resin Impregnated Paper (RIP) and Resin Impregnated Synthetic (RIS) Condenser Bushings up to 230 kV, available from 2027 onwards. The company’s portfolio of RIP, RIS and OIP technologies positions it to address evolving requirements across power generation and transmission infrastructure. Additional products can be incorporated into the agreement through mutual written consent.
Under the agreement, Ensales Electrical Associates, Inc. has been appointed as a Sales Representative of the company. Its mandate includes promoting, marketing and representing the sales of the company’s products, along with driving utility homologation & approvals for the company’s products within the 19 territories.
