XLRI Jamshedpur set to launch the fourth batch of Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management for Emerging CHROs in collaboration with Leadup Universe
The 18-month program, comprising six terms, offers a comprehensive and flexible learning experience. Encompassing 30+ courses covering strategy, human resource management, finance, technology, marketing, and operations, the program ensures learners gain in-depth insights into a multitude of topics. This multidisciplinary approach equips learners with essential C-Suite skills. A three-month capstone project with industry further enhances the practical application.
With the sessions conducted by a mix of academics from XLRI and International B Schools as well as industry practitioners, this signature program offers diverse perspectives and practical industry insights. To be eligible to enroll in the program, candidates must have 10 years of relevant work experience and a bachelor's degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 50% marks.
