Welspun Corp moves up as its arm to set up manufacturing facility in Madhya Pradesh
Welspun Corp is currently trading at Rs. 548.90, up by 4.20 points or 0.77% from its previous closing of Rs. 544.70 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 541.60 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 553.00 and Rs. 541.60 respectively. So far 14377 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 625.00 on 06-Feb-2024 and a 52 week low of Rs. 186.00 on 28-Mar-2023.

Welspun Corp’s step down subsidiary -- Sintex Advance Plastics (SAPL) has planned to set up a manufacturing facility for Plastic Pipes and Water Storage Tanks in Madhya Pradesh for an approximate investment of Rs 400 crore. The project is likely to be implemented over the next six quarters and create employment opportunities for about 350 people.
