Waaree Renewable Technologies surges on acquiring 55% stake in APSPL
Waaree Renewable Technologies is currently trading at Rs. 990.45, up by 14.45 points or 1.48% from its previous closing of Rs. 976.00 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs. 971.25 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 994.90 and Rs. 966.65 respectively. So far 11015 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 1358.50 on 27-Oct-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 780.00 on 30-Mar-2026.

Waaree Renewable Technologies has acquired 55% equity shares of Associated Power Structures (APSPL) pursuant to the allotment of shares under the primary acquisition and transfer of shares under the secondary acquisition. Consequent to the completion of the aforesaid acquisition, APSPL has become a subsidiary of Waaree Renewable Technologies.
