Vishnu Chemicals moves higher after its arm commences commercial production of Strontium Carbonate

Vishnu Chemicals is currently trading at Rs 497.60, up by 14.95 points or 3.10% from its previous closing of Rs 482.65 on the BSE.
The scrip opened at Rs 492.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs 505.05 and Rs 480.00 respectively. So far 12165 shares were traded on the counter.
The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs 2 has touched a 52-week high of Rs 596.00 on 01-Aug-2025 and a 52-week low of Rs 340.00 on 07-Apr-2025.
Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs 505.05 and Rs 472.85 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs 3399.76 crore.
The promoters holding in the company stood at 69.21%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 8.16% and 22.63% respectively.
Vishnu Chemicals’ wholly owned subsidiary -- Vishnu Strontium has commenced commercial production of Strontium Carbonate at its Atchutapuram unit at Visakhapatnam in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
