VCBL & Telangana Government Ink MoU for 5,500 MTPA Freeze-Dried Coffee Plant
Vintage Coffee and Beverages Limited (VCBL) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Government of Telangana on 9th December,2025 at TELANGANA RISING GLOBAL SUMMIT 2025, Bharat Future City, Telangana in the august presence of Sri Revanth Reddy, Hon. Chief Minister of Telangana. As per the MoU, Company’s 100% subsidiary company Vintage Coffee Private Limited will set up the Premium Freeze-Dried Coffee (FDC) plant in Telangana on 20 Acres land and Government of Telangana has agreed to facilitate clearances necessary for the aforesaid project under TG-IPASS.
The Company and Government of Telangana have come together to record their intentions through this MoU & the State Government and its agencies will extend all necessary assistance and cooperation, including expeditious grant of approvals, under the purview of the State Government, allocation of land in Food Processing Park and other approvals for speedy and successful implementation of the Project. This MoU is an instrument of understanding & formal agreements with the concerned agencies / departments of the state government will be signed in the due course based on the guidelines of this MoU.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Balakrishna Tati, VCBL’s Chairman & Managing Director said, “Our partnership with the Government of Telangana marks a significant milestone for VCBL. The establishment of our Premium Freeze-Dried Coffee (FDC) plant in the state demonstrates our commitment to creating world-class coffee processing infrastructure in India with an installed capacity of 5500 Metric tons per annum. Telangana’s progressive industrial policies, supportive ecosystem, and proactive governance have given us the confidence to invest in this landmark project.
This facility will not only enhance our production capabilities but also contribute to employment generation, value creation for farmers, and growth of the regional food-processing sector. We are grateful to the Government of Telangana for extending their cooperation and for recognising this as a mega project. We look forward to working closely with the State and its agencies to bring this project to fruition.”
