UTI Mutual Fund has informed about change in the Fund Managers of the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund, effective from September 01, 2026.

The Existing Fund Managers of UTI Arbitrage Fund are Sharwan Kumar Goyal (Equity Portion) and Amit Sharma, (Debt Portion). The New Fund Managers are Sharwan Kumar Goyal (Equity Portion), Monish Lotia (Co-Fund Manager – Equity Portion) and Amit Sharma (Debt Portion). 

The Existing Fund Managers of UTI Banking and Financial Services Fund are Amit Premchandani and Bhavesh Kanani. The New Fund Manager is Bhavesh Kanani.

All other features of the above Schemes remain unchanged. This addendum is an integral part of the Statement of Additional Information (SAI) and Scheme Information Documents (SID) / Key Information Memoranda (KIM) of the aforesaid Schemes of UTI MF and shall be read in conjunction with the SAI & SID/KIM.
